Shipping

 

Mycube provides free ground shipping for orders of $200 or more for customer purchases in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping charges apply for all international orders (outside the contiguous 48 states) and will be calculated during checkout. In-stock items generally ship within two business days (Monday - Friday). Our Mycube Fire and Mycube Fire Max safes generally ship within three business days. All shipments include a tracking number, which is included in our shipping confirmation email. Please review your tracking details to ensure you can receive your shipment. Mycube reserves the right to charge for shipping under certain circumstances and for special orders. For international orders, customs and duties fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and not Mycube.

Returns

 

All items can be returned within 25 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, less restocking and shipping charges. Due to the premium and specialty nature of our products, all returns are subject to a thorough review prior to return approval and after being received back at our warehouse for inspection. Please read the following in full before requesting a return. 


Please retain all packaging materials for the duration of your first 25 days if you need to make a return or exchange. Discarding the original outer and inner packaging will result in additional charges and may result in a forfeit of your refund if the item is not returned to us in pristine condition. 


Safes and Watch Winder:

 

All safes and the Watch Winder must be returned without use, damage, or signs of wear in their original double-boxed packaging. Please do not use any other boxes except the Mycube boxes to pack your safe or Watch Winder. To receive full credit, Mycube also requires that all original hardware be returned with the safe. 

 

Safes and Watch Winders taken out of their boxes must be photographed to show proof of pristine condition before return authorization. We will ask you to take photos of both the safe/watch winder itself and the box, once repackaged, to avoid damage during shipment. Any safe/watch winder that is improperly packaged and incurs damage during shipment may not receive full credit.

 

If you are fitting a safe in a shelving unit, please avoid placing it on rough surfaces that may damage paint or installing any hardware that could cause damage. We highly encourage you to check all dimensions before purchasing and reference our extensive product guides to ensure your safe will fit properly. We are always happy to help guide you and encourage you to contact our team for any questions prior to purchasing.

 

We do not offer returns on safes that have been installed. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the functionality and aesthetics of your safe before installation.

 

Accessories:

 

Accessories may be returned within 25 days, provided they are properly packaged. We will ask for photos of the item prior to return and reserve the right to refuse a return if the accessory comes back damaged.

 

Restocking + Return Shipping Fees:


Due to the special handling of our products and the inspection process, all returns are subject to a return shipping and restocking fee. The restocking fee and shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount accordingly.


Our restocking fees are as follows:


  • $50 restocking fee for each safe + applicable return shipping cost

  • $35 restocking fee for most accessories/home goods + applicable return shipping cost

  • Accessories under a $50 value will incur a $10 restocking fee + applicable return shipping cost


For our larger models, the restocking fees are as follows:


  • Mycube Max: $250 + applicable return shipping cost

  • Mycube Fire Max: $500 + applicable return shipping cost


Due to these larger models’ high costs and weight restrictions, we highly recommend measuring all dimensions and ensuring these safes fit your needs. Mycube does NOT cover Return Shipping. While we cover standard shipping for delivery, returns are subject to return shipping charges, except in the event of an exchange. Exchanges do not incur return shipping charges, except for exchanges for our larger models, the Mycube Max and Mycube Fire Max. These larger models still incur the fees listed above. Your return shipping cost will be provided once your return request is approved.



Refunds + Store Credit:


You may return for a refund, store credit gift card, or exchange any item within 25 days. If your return is approved and received in good condition, you will be issued a refund, less restocking and shipping fees. Return inspection and refund processing will be completed within 14 business days of receiving the return to our warehouse. Please note, we CANNOT accept returns for any custom orders, regardless of the production time. All custom orders are final sale.  


International Orders: 

 

Mycube does not accept returns for orders outside the US lower 48 states, including international orders. If, in the extremely unlikely occurrence that your safe is received with a defect, please retain your packaging so we can help process an exchange. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs/duty costs related to shipping.
