Jammed Bolt

When locking the safe, keep the door held closed until after you have pressed Lock. Wait for 1 second after the LED screen says "CLOSED", otherwise the door will spring open and the bolts will jam. If the bolts jam, you can insert the manual key to unjam the bolts.

PROG is not Appearing

When setting up your code, PROG should appear on the keypad. If you don't see "PROG" on the screen, this means that your safe is locked - even if it doesn't appear to be. When the safe is in the locked position, you will not be able to program/reset your code. In order to correct this, use your manual key that came with the safe to unlock the safe. Remove the keyhole cover with Mycube logo to unlock the safe, and leave the key in the door. Then proceed with programming/resetting your code until you see PROG appear and you go through the steps. Once the safe is programmed and back in the locked position, you can remove the manual key and place the keyhole cover back on the keypad.
