Forgot Code with Manual Key - If you forgot your code, use the manual key or registered fingerprint to open the safe.
Forgot Code without Manual Key - If you forgot your code and do not have a key, try using any registered fingerprint to open the safe. If a fingerprint can't be used, contact our Customer Support team at support@mycubesafe.com to purchase a replacement key.
Dead Battery with Manual Key - Use the manual key to open your safe to replace the batteries. Refer to the instructions below:
1. Slide open the keyhole compartment in the front of the safe.
2. Use your key to open the safe.
3. Replace the batteries.
Dead Battery without Manual Key - Contact our Customer Support team at support@mycubesafe.com to purchase a replacement key.
If you lost your manual key and your safe still has power, use your code or a registered fingerprint to open your safe.

If you are receiving the verification failed message when attempting to setup your safe for the first time, contact our Customer Support team at support@mycubesafe.com for assistance.
If you are receiving the HOLD message followed by a number (example - HOLD15), contact our Customer Support team at support@mycubesafe.com for assistance.
Your safe comes with an accessory pack containing 4 AA batteries, installation hardware, and a set of keys. Please keep your manual keys outside of your safe for easy access in the event that you get locked out of your safe or need to recharge your battery.
Batteries should be replaced every 12 months. To replace your batteries:
- Open the battery compartment
- Insert 4 new AA batteries
