Your safe comes with two rechargeable batteries and a power cable. Charge both batteries fully, then insert them into the battery compartment on the top back part of the door frame.
Keep both batteries in the safe at all times, except when charging. If you hear "Battery low, please charge" when you open or close the door, take out one battery and charge it fully, put it back, then charge the second. With only one battery inside, the safe still works for about 50 openings over 7 days.
After inserting the batteries, touch the fingerprint sensor to extend the locking lever on the side of the door. Password registration can only be completed with the door unlocked.
- Press **01#. You will hear "Please enter your password."
- Enter a 4-6 digit password and press #. You will hear "Please do again."
- Re-enter your password and press #.
Register your 4-6 digit password first. The safe stores up to 10 fingerprints, and asks for each finger three times.
- Open the door and press **02#. You will hear "Please verify."
- Enter your password and press #.
- You will hear "Please put your finger on scan sensor," then "Please do again" twice.
- When registration succeeds you will hear "Fingerprint registration complete."
- If verification fails you will hear "Verification failed" and the system will quit. Restart the process.
To open: enter your password and press #, or place a registered finger. You will hear "Verification complete." If the password or fingerprint is wrong, you will hear "Verification failed."
Three wrong passwords in a row lock the keypad for 5 minutes. Five wrong fingerprints in a row lock the scanner for 5 minutes.
To close: close the door. The safe locks automatically.
- Open the door, press ** followed by your current password, then press #. You will hear "Please enter new password."
- Enter the new password and press #. You will hear "Please do again."
- Re-enter the new password and press #. Your password change is complete.
- Open the door and press **04#. You will hear "Please put your finger on scan sensor."
- Place the registered finger you want to delete. You will hear "Deletion complete."
- If the finger is not registered, you will hear "Operation failed."
- Open the door and press **999#. You will hear "Please verify."
- Enter your password or place a registered finger, then press #. You will hear "Reset complete."
Your Mycube Glass door safe has an alarm that detects break-in attempts. There are four settings: Off, Low, Middle and High sensitivity. The alarm is set to Off by default.
Each setting has its own code:
- 9110: Off
- 9111: High sensitivity
- 9112: Middle sensitivity
- 9113: Low sensitivity
We recommend middle or low sensitivity.
Refer to the steps below to change your alarm setting:
- Make sure you have finished registering your passcode or fingerprint.
- Press ** followed by the code for the setting you want, then press # (for example, **9113# for low sensitivity). You will hear "Please verify."
- Enter your safe passcode or scan your registered fingerprint.
- You will hear "Operation complete" once the setting is saved.
You can change the alarm setting with the door open or closed.
Open the door and press **03#. The keypad shows only 2, 8, * and #.
- 2: volume up
- 8: volume down
- *: quit without saving
- #: save and quit
The default sensor setting works for almost every fingerprint. Try setting 2 only if your fingerprint is hard to read.
- From factory setting, enter 6-5-4-6-5-4-3-3 and press #. You will hear "Operation complete." The sensor is now on setting 2.
- To return to the default, from factory setting enter 6-5-4-6-5-4-1-1 and press #. You will hear "Operation complete."

- Move the safe and drill a hole at each mark for the provided screws.
- Put the safe back, lining up each hole over a drilled point.
- Place a provided washer over each hole inside the safe and drive each screw into the surface with a screwdriver or right-angle drill.
