How do I secure an in-drawer safe?
Every safe ships with a bolt kit — screws and washers that work with most small power drills. The In-Drawer safes have four points on the bottom, so they fasten to the base of the drawer. There is an installation video on the setup page for each model.
Will it fit my drawer?
Measure the inside of the drawer, not the front panel, and allow about an inch over the safe on width and depth so the slides still run. The three In-Drawer sizes are 15½, 19½ and 23½ inches wide, 11¾ deep, and under six inches tall including the keypad.
How is the Mycube Case different?
It is the one that does not have to be fixed in place. The Case tethers with a cable lock, so it can move between a drawer, a closet and a suitcase, and it ships with bolts if you would rather secure it permanently.
What happens if the battery runs out?
Four AA batteries, replaced about once a year, plus a manual override key. Keep the key somewhere outside the safe.
How is an in-drawer safe delivered?
Free, by standard carrier, and in-stock safes generally leave us within two business days. You will get a tracking number in the confirmation email. In-drawer safes arrive boxed — no pallet and no delivery appointment — so you can fit one the day it lands.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
We guarantee our safes for the life of your ownership. If a part stops working we provide the replacement at our cost, and labor too where the part itself was at fault. Batteries are not covered.
