If in the unlikely occurrence you are not happy with your MyCube safe, you may return it for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase - contingent upon our team's review.
Do so by calling our Customer Service line at (800) 590-1592. You will be prompted to email a photo of your safe to firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure it is still in pristine and working condition. Write "MyCube Return" in the subject line to begin the return process. Reimbursements will be issued within 30 days.
