Refund Policy

In the unlikely occurrence you need to return your Mycube safe, you may exchange your item within 35 days of purchase for another one of our safes, obtain a Mycube gift card, or return it for a refund - contingent upon our team's review to ensure the safe has not been damaged and still contains all original parts and packaging. Please note, Mycube covers shipping and handling for exchanges, but NOT for returns. A $50 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the order value for each safe, and $35 per accessory. The cost of the return for the Biocube Professional will be quoted at the time of the return and the value deducted from the refund amount accordingly. Please note, we CANNOT accept returns for any custom orders, regardless of the production time. All custom orders are final sale.  

In order for Mycube to accept your return, the safe must be in brand new condition. Mycube CANNOT accept returns for safes that have been installed with hardware, have been placed on rough surfaces that would cause the paint to scratch, or generally if your safe shows wear. In order to receive full credit, Mycube also requires that all original hardware be returned with the safe, and in all its original double-boxed packaging.

In order to prevent damage during the return shipping process, all Mycube safe returns must be double boxed in their original boxes plus the additional outer carton with packing that the safe arrived in. It's imperative that you contact us to review the packaging process so that the safe does not get damaged during return shipping. Safes returned to us that experience damage during return shipping due to insufficient packaging cannot receive credit. Accessories must be packaged sufficiently to prevent damage during the returns process as well.

In the event that you need to exchange or return your safe, please ensure that you retain the shipment packaging including both inner and outer cartons, and all packaging materials. It is required for the repackaging and return of the safe to prevent damage during shipment. Discarding the original outer and inner packaging will result in additional charges and may result in a forfeit of refund if the safe is not returned to us in pristine condition. 

International Orders: Mycube does not accept returns for orders outside the US lower 48 states, including international orders. If in the extremely unlikely occurrence that your safe is received with a defect, do not discard the packaging as it is required to process an exchange. International customers shall be responsible for any customs/duties costs related to shipping.

To start the return process, you may do so by emailing us at support@mycubesafe.com or by calling our Customer Service line at +1 (800) 590-1592. You will be prompted to email a photo of your safe to ensure it is still in pristine and working condition. Write "Mycube Return" in the subject line to begin the return process. Reimbursements will be issued within 14 days of receiving the product back from the customer and confirming the safe's pristine condition. Thank you for your cooperation.
